What services or products does your business offer?
Eliminating IT frustrations is the core of what we do. One of the main ways we do this is with our Proactive Managed IT Solutions, which we offer to businesses across the central PA region. In addition to Managed IT, we also provide camera systems, phone systems, access control, networking solutions, and helpdesk support.

How does your business separate itself from your competition?
Some of the biggest frustrations businesses have with IT companies are slow response times, feeling like they are being oversold, and needing a better service experience. Understanding and eliminating these frustrations is very important to us. We are constantly monitoring and implementing changes to improve our response times. We help you cut through all the noise and provide IT solutions that best serve your needs. We also are blessed to have superb employees who want to provide the best experience for the customer. When you combine all these things, it makes for some fantastic, long-lasting business relationships.

How do you see your business growing in the future?
Growth naturally follows when a company provides excellent service and IT solutions to its customers. With that in mind, we strive to constantly improve our IT knowledge, identify and improve areas where we can provide a better customer experience, and partner with great IT companies that enable us to offer the best IT solutions for you as the customer.

How does your business get involved in the community?
One way we help the community is by providing IT support/solutions to many non-profits in the local area. We help them cut costs on subscriptions and eliminate IT frustrations so they can, in turn, provide even better service to the community. We also support many of these same non-profits with sponsorships for their events.

How long has your business been a member of the Chamber?
Kirbtech has been a chamber member since 2012! 

How has Chamber membership been beneficial to your business?
The most significant benefit has been meeting other great businesses who offer the services we need and being introduced to businesses that may need our services. I want to thank the Chamber for their hard work in providing these events to enable those interactions.


I can use big words like commitment and goals and write in-depth about how great we are. However, that means nothing unless we are doing what we say. That reality drives us to make sure we are honoring our word and fulfilling those promises each day.
